Rewards Policy

1. Earning Rewards

You earn cash rewards and XP by completing surveys, watching rewarded videos, scanning receipts, and referring friends. Payout ranges per activity type are shown on the earn page and may change without notice.

2. Pending vs. Available Balance

Some activities — such as receipt scans — credit a pending balance first, which moves to your available balance once reviewed and approved. Approval is not guaranteed and may be denied for invalid or duplicate submissions.

3. Redemption

Available balance can be redeemed for gift cards (Amazon, Visa, Walmart, Target) once you meet the minimum redemption threshold shown in your dashboard. Gift cards are typically delivered by email within 1–3 business days.

4. Referral Rewards

Referral bonuses are credited once your referred friend completes the required number of qualifying activities. Self-referrals or referral abuse voids the bonus for all accounts involved.

5. Levels & XP

XP accumulates with every completed activity and determines your level. Higher levels may unlock access to better-paying surveys and offers.

6. Policy Changes

Zyntra may adjust reward rates, redemption thresholds, or available offers at any time to reflect changes from our survey, advertising, and gift card partners.
